1. How do I book a tour with Vegan Guide Thailand?
Visit the “Tours & Experiences” section on our website, select your desired experience, and follow the booking instructions. For any questions, feel free to contact us directly.

2. What happens if I’m unable to join the tour?
Please refer to our “Terms & Conditions” page for our cancellation policy. If you're unsure or have an emergency, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

3. How far in advance should I book a tour?
To ensure availability and allow us to prepare with our local partners, we recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance, especially for custom experiences or groups.

4. Do you offer tours that don’t require advance booking?
While most tours require advance booking, we may have last-minute availability. You’re welcome to contact us directly to check for open spots.

5. What are the prices for your tours?

• Vegan Bites Food Tour & Art Walk: from ฿1,800 per person

• Jaiyen Tour: Eco Boat & EV Tuk Tuk Tour: from ฿5,500 per person

• Thai Vegan Cooking Class: from ฿1,300 per person

• Chiang Mai Tour + Stay: Subject to availability & group size
  Prices include tastings, activities, and guide services.

6. Is there a different price for children?
Tour pricing is generally the same for adults and children, as everyone enjoys the full experience. Please contact us if you're traveling with toddlers or young kids who may not fully participate.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. A small processing fee may apply for credit card payments. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation.

9. What happens in case of bad weather or unexpected events?

We prioritize cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Reenu and our partners follow local health guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

While not required, we highly recommend having travel insurance, especially if you're visiting from abroad. It offers peace of mind for unexpected events, cancellations, or health needs.
